Terms & Conditions
Vyouz Ltd otherwise known as The Vyouz Network or Vyouz.
The Vyouz Network provides web based platforms and mobile applications that allow their members to offer and request items or services primarily for free or exchange and where applicable charge to help reduce the ever increasing demand on our world resources. By using any of The Vyouz Network you accept the Terms and Conditions in full. If you disagree with any part, please do not use our websites or services (simple).
Applicable Terms
Use of any of the Vyouz websites or mobile applications constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions, which take effect immediately on your first arrival of that site. Vyouz Ltd reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time by posting changes online. You as individual or the representative of any organisation are responsible for reviewing regular information posted online to obtain timely notice of such changes. Your continued use of this site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of this agreement as modified by the posted changes.
If there is any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and/or specific terms appearing elsewhere on this site relating to specific material then the latter shall prevail.
Reliance on Information Posted
The information and material contained on any Vyouz website or mobile application can be used by any individual or organisation. We therefore disclaim all liability and responsibility arising from any reliance placed on any items, materials or services being offered by any third party user or organisation through the Vyouz network, or by anyone who may be informed of any of its contents.
Liabilities
Vyouz Ltd does not warrant that the functions contained in the material within its websites or mobile applications will be uninterrupted or error free, that defects will be corrected, or that all Sites or servers that makes it available are free of viruses or bugs or represents the full functionality, accuracy, and reliability of the materials used. You also understand that we cannot and do not guarantee or warrant services available for downloading or delivered via electronic mail will be free of infection or viruses, worms, Trojan horses or other code that manifest contaminating or destructive properties. You are responsible for implementing sufficient procedures and checkpoints to satisfy your particular requirements for accuracy of data input and output, and for maintaining a means external to the Site for the reconstruction of any lost data.
All websites, mobile applications and the information contained within those services, names, images, pictures, logos and icons regarding or relating to Vyouz, its products and services (or to third party products and services), is provided "AS IS" and on an "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any representation or endorsement made and without warranty of any kind whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, compatibility, security and accuracy. Whilst Vyouz makes every effort to guarantee the accuracy of information contained within its services, accepts no liability for any inaccuracies and all visitors who rely on this information do so at their own risk.
Users, Advertisers, Sponsors and customers of white label products are responsible for ensuring that all material submitted for inclusion on any of The Vyouz Network websites or mobile applications complies with applicable laws and regulations of their country and Vyouz excludes its liability for any error or inaccuracy of any material to the fullest extent possible. If websites or mobile applications provided by Vyouz are affected by down time, then all posts, adverts and sponsorships, where a financial transaction has taken place will be extended by that equivalent down time. Vyouz Ltd accepts no liability for any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage incurred by any user in connection with use of any of the Vyouz websites or mobile applications, including without limitation any liability for:
loss of income or revenue;
loss of business;
loss of profits or contracts;
loss of anticipated savings;
loss of data;
loss of goodwill + wasted management, administration or office time; and for any other loss or damage of any kind, however arising whether caused by negligence, breach of contract or otherwise, even if foreseeable.
In the event that you purchase or obtain any goods or services from a third party either free or financial exchange then your acquisition of such goods or services will be in accordance with the third party's terms and conditions or prior arrangements that may be agreed before any transaction is made between parties and we exclude so far as permitted by law all liability to you in respect of the same.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Vyouz harmless from and against all expenses, losses, liabilities, damages or costs incurred or suffered and any claim which is brought arising from your use of the websites, mobile applications or any breach of these terms and conditions, and in particular any infringement of any intellectual property rights of any third party.
Third Party Material
Vyouz Ltd websites and mobile applications contain material submitted and created by third parties including other website users. Vyouz accepts no liability for any illegality arising from or error, omission or inaccuracy in such material and take no responsibility for such material being used on its websites.
Vyouz Ltd is not responsible for the contents or reliability of users of their sites or third parties listings either free or chargeable and should not be taken again as an endorsement by Vyouz Ltd. Any communication or material that you or any other third party transmits to, or posts on, any public area of the site including any data, questions, comments, suggestions, or the like, is, and will be treated as, non confidential and nonproprietary information.
YOU AGREE NOT TO transmit, post or upload any unlawful, obscene or indecent information that is deemed threatening, abusive, defamatory or material of any kind, including without limitation any transmissions constituting or encouraging conduct that would constitute a criminal offence, give rise to civil liability or otherwise violate any applicable law in any country. Also post or transmit any material of any kind which violates or infringes upon the rights of any other person, including material which is an invasion of any privacy or publicity rights or which is protected by copyright, trade mark or any other proprietary right, or a variation of works with respect thereto, without first obtaining permission from the owner or relevant right holder.
Further, any content deemed unsuitable by The Vyouz Network will be removed as a material breach of the User Terms and Conditions. Vyouz will immediately terminate access or permission granted to you without notice and no refund will be issued where a financial transaction has taken place.
Misuse
Misuse of The Vyouz Network includes any illegal or antisocial behaviour when making contact with other users or when sharing other user's offers or requests.
Having obtained another user's personal details, this must only be used for the purpose of arranging the offer or request of the user unless agreed mutually with the user. If a user asks you not to call them again you must comply with their request. Failure to do so will result in termination of your Vyouz account and possible legal action from the affected user.
Should you attempt to collect any goods as a result of using any of The Vyouz Network sites, we cannot be held liable under any circumstance for those goods, nor can we be held responsible for refunds or bad debt where a financial transaction has been made between any individual or organisation. Vyouz Ltd provides user posts, classified adverts and sponsor opportunities only within its sites and cannot be held responsible for any injury or loss of life from any transaction.
Third Party Links
Where Sites contains links to other websites provided by third parties, Vyouz has no control over the contents of those sites or resources and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.
Vyouz Ltd accepts no liability for any statements, information, products or services that are published on or are accessible through any websites owned or operated by third parties. Vyouz cannot be held responsible for content of external sites, blogs, feeds, articles etc.
Free Services
Allow users to upload and download non-commercial items or services. If a user is found or reported to be using, or attempting to use their account for commercial purposes (eg. uploading a commercial advertisement as a personal avatar, entering an advertisement for commercial products or services in free sections, entering pricing information within free sections, uploading a free item and then requesting payment or by any other means deemed to breech these terms then the user will be asked to remove any infringements. If the user does not comply with this request, Vyouz Ltd reserves the right to delete content it deems in breech of these terms and immediately terminate access or permission granted to the user without notice.
Your Obligation to Other Users
Once you agree on an offer or request with another user be it an item, service or transport share, you may agree a time and place to meet. If you cannot make that time or place you must make every effort to contact the other party to let them know. No user making an offer or request is under any obligation to wait for that user if he or she is late. The ultimate decision of where and at what time to meet and/or, where applicable, the route to be taken and the drop-off point, remains that of the user making the offer. Users should make these details known when arranging to meet another user. For your personal safety, journeys should be logged and family or friends notified of the user you are going to meet as well as time and place and if possible travel with a friend or associate. Any goods or services to be sent by courier or postal services should be done promptly and to the agreed terms of both parties.
Prior Approval
Ensure you have the owners or the person hiring / renting a skip or dumpster has given prior permission, before attempting to remove anything within it. Always leave the skip or dumpster area clean & tidy.

Also ensure you have the owners permission, before taking photographs and uploading them directly to any The Vyouz Network websites or by using Vyouz numerous mobile applications.
Voluntary Contributions
If members agree on a voluntary contribution for goods or services (eg. to cover transport) this should be agreed between members in advance of any meeting or transaction. Any agreements made remain solely those of the users involved and The Vyouz Network cannot be held responsible for any losses whatsoever that may arise.
Fee Paying Services
Chargeable services help fund and support the free websites and services of The Vyouz Network and are specifically provided for businesses, organisations and individuals wishing to promote, sell or buy items, products and services.
Any content deemed unsuitable by The Vyouz Network (refer to these Terms and Conditions) will be removed as a material breech of these terms and conditions. Vyouz will immediately terminate access or permission granted to you without notice and no refund will be issued where a financial transaction has taken place.
Credits
New members are given credits initially on sign up and then periodically three times a year. Credits can be used for chargeable services or can be used either as an internal currency to pay for items or to cover postage (this has to be agreed with fellow Vyouz members in advance).
Credits can be transferred between members and additional credits can be purchased to use on the fee charging sites. At the discretion of the management Vyouz may issue further credits as part of a promotion campaign or re-credit a member if they have experienced account problems.
Credits have no refundable cash value, but can be used or topped up at a later date to use on the fee charging sites.
Credits issued free by The Vyouz Network can be saved for up to 24 months, if these credits have not been used the account automatically returns to Zero and the top up process starts again.
Paid credits (members purchasing additional credits) have no shelf life and can be kept for the life of the user account until used. No cash refunds are available but can be used or topped up at a later date to use on the fee charging sites or services.
If Vyouz suspects any account or member of abusing the credit system, then the account will be frozen, pending an internal enquiry.
Advertising
Vyouz provides advertising opportunities throughout the network, which helps fund all of the free to use websites. The process is automated and user selectable for content, placement and time length. All adverts are payable with Vyouz credits which are purchased when the advert has been completed, reviewed and confirmed. Credits left over in any account are not transferable back to a cash value, but can be used or toped up at a later date.
Adverts deemed unsuitable (refer to these Terms and Conditions) for a particular site will be either transferred to an appropriate website within the network or removed as a material breech of these terms and conditions. Vyouz will immediately terminate access or permission granted to you without notice and no refund will be issued where a financial transaction has taken place.
Competition
The Vyouz Network supports other organisations that encourage giving and voluntary support, and from time may feature such organisations by way of advertisements, articles and press releases. The Vyouz automated advertising system is accessible to all and monitored for those in competition to or attempting to create a competitive advantage over The Vyouz Network.

Downloads
The Vyouz Network provides free and paid services including widgets, mobile applications, cross media content and marketing material. Please refer to the Liabilities section before downloading any material.
Cookies
Vyouz Ltd sometimes use cookies on its websites, but these are not used to store any personal data on the hosting server. You can set your browser configuration to reject any cookies and you will still be able to use our websites although this may affect your movement around the websites.
Intellectual Property
All websites or website domain names and mobile applications owned by or controlled by Vyouz Ltd retains all ownership, title and interest within all intellectual property rights including but not limited to copyright, database rights, trade marks, patents, service marks, design rights (whether registered in any form or otherwise) know-how, trade or business names, domain names, goodwill associated with any of the foregoing and other similar rights or obligations again whether registered in any form or not in any jurisdiction in the world. Nothing in this Agreement confers on you any license or right under any or our trademarks, names or logos or those of any third party. You agree to indemnify Vyouz Ltd against any claims, costs, expenses or legal proceedings caused as a result of your use of any Website owned or controlled by Vyouz Ltd which are in contravention of any of the enclosed clauses in this agreement. Further, in these circumstances, Vyouz Ltd shall be entitled to treat the contravention as a material breach of these User Terms and terminate and remove any access or permission granted to you by Vyouz forthwith.
Email Disclaimer
Contents of emails (including attachments) sent from any Vyouz Ltd website or mobile application are confidential and subject to copyright. It is intended only for the use of the individual or organisation to which it is addressed. If you have received an email oe message in error, please contact the sender immediately by returning the email or message and asking to speak to the sender, and then delete it (including any attachments) from your system. If you are not the intended recipient of the email or message, any disclosure, copying, distribution or use of its contents is strictly prohibited. Vyouz Ltd cannot accept any responsibility for the accuracy or completeness of the contents of any email as it has been transmitted over a public network and Internet communications are not secure. If verification is required, please request a hard copy from the sender.
Except where the email is sent in the usual course of business, the views and opinions expressed in any email message are those of the individual sender and do not necessarily reflect the views and opinions of the Vyouz Network.
Vyouz reserves the right to monitor incoming and outgoing emails in accordance with the Telecommunications (Lawful Business Practice) (Interception of Communications) Regulations 2000 and / or for the purposes of quality control and / or training purposes.
Email is sent to the recipient at the request of, or in response to, the intended recipient's expressed interest in specific activities hosted by The Vyouz Network. Vyouz wishes to retain your contact information for the purpose of making future contact with you about Vyouz activities and aims and or including any issues, which might affect you. If you do not wish your contact information to be kept, you may let Vyouz know by sending an email to with your specific request to opt-out of such communication.
Severability
If any of these Terms and Conditions should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable by reason of the laws of any state or country in which these Terms and Conditions are intended to be effective, then to the extent and within the jurisdiction which that Term or Condition is illegal, invalid or unenforceable, it shall be severed and deleted from this clause and the remaining terms and conditions shall survive, remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding and enforceable.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England.
